ScopeOut participated—at the kind invitation of the Student Entrepreneurship Center and the Presidency of Damascus University—in a dialogue session with the German organization DAAD. This participation took place within the framework of a needs assessment study aimed at strengthening the relationship between academic education and the demands of the labor market.
ScopeOut was represented at the session by Dr. Anas Al-Laham, Director of Consulting and Development. During the meeting, insights were exchanged regarding the needs of the private sector and the skills required of university graduates. Additionally, discussions focused on mechanisms that could contribute to building more effective bridges between universities and the business environment.
This participation reflects ScopeOut’s commitment to supporting initiatives that foster integration between the academic and business sectors. It also underscores the company’s firm belief in the importance of enhancing educational outcomes to align with actual market needs, thereby contributing to the preparation of a workforce capable of effectively integrating into the professional environment.
Through this participation, Scope Out reaffirms its commitment to contributing to dialogues and initiatives that generate a positive impact on the business and educational landscapes, while paving the way for more effective future partnerships between academic institutions and the private sector.
